... So. 20_inkspots is a LJ challenge comm, yadda yadda yadda, I'm doing art for writer caitlin_chan, and our chosen character is Subaku no Gaara. Light themes. Stuff.

Since I haven't caught up on the manga in ages-- actually, I've never been caught up on the manga, I'm usually an anime-only Naruto person and really wish the anime would get over the bad fillers and into the plotline again-- I'm reading it now, chapter 238 and on up, and I'll probably skip back to some of the Gaarariffic battles and interaction (or borrow those eppies from my boyfriend again. BweeKiddieGaa-chanSoMuchCute!).

... But Naruto Chuushin is being stubborn and SLOW. AAARGH. *Stabs it*

... Well, more time to bwee over Hinata's cuteness while wating for the next page to load... ^^;; *Pours love on poor shy little Hinata-chan and her adorable Library Girl-type sweetness*

Also, mars_assassins is, like, the BEST THING EVER. :D I haven't read the original story yet, but it's a fanfic AU of a parody of an unintetionally innuendo-filled Victorian boy's novel. And it has Victorian!Schwarz that are FLUFFY and CUTE and I love how the authour has everyone so... so them, but so likable. (And, of course, there is innuendo. *Grin* People ejaculate and cry their lines; Shuldig is apparently better than Crawford's right hand, and proud of it; and the Pure and Manly Heterosexualness of it all is so, so GREAT. XD )
