i think you're getting better ^^ sometimes the text/effect doesnt really blend in with the picture too well, but i think you're doing really good ^^

Usually, just enter the name of the person who made it (in this case, me, alanahikarichan) into your "comments" box when you upload it, and then if someone comments on their love for it/asks who made it, you tell them it who it was.

^^ It's not too hard!

Ohmygosh the kitty is licking the screen. That is the most adorable thing ever.

Does it have an owner? *is not sure about the acceptability of asking to steal icons in someone else's icon post. Does not care. Is hypnotised by Cute.*

So far as I know, nobody knows who made the icon of the screen cleaning kitty. I have the screensaver too, but I don't think the folks who made the screensaver made the icon. Go for it. :)
