oh, nice collection of icons. Not taking any, but I like the composition of Gackt - #7 and #4. #8 is very creative design. #12 is intresting, thoes are two different pictures put together right? curious, what is in the background of #5?

#12 was actually a picture from the Moon Child photobook, a gradient layer on top (set to "screen", I think?) and a set of "black feather" brushes on top of that in red.

The wavy thing in #5 was another gradient, with another brush-- the kanji for Water-- put over top, then run through a wave or ripple filter.

so that 'lion' is part of that picture? or is that made with the feather brush?
